
Tom Nida
With a banking career spanning over 50 years, Tom Nida currently serves as Executive Vice President/Market Executive for CFBank Corporation and its primary subsidiary, City First Bank of DC. Tom has been very active in community development finance, with a long term focus on the charter school movement in Washington, DC. He has served on the boards of several DC charter schools and in 2003, he was appointed to the DC Public Charter School Board by Mayor Anthony Williams: Tom served as Board Chair from 2004 to 2010. Tom has served as Board Chair of Charter Schools Development Corporation since 2010, and also currently serves on the boards of the DC Students Construction Trades Foundation and Rocketship Public Charter School. He currently serves as an advisor to the Boards of the DC Association of Chartered Public Schools and of The Mary Elizabeth House. Past board memberships include the Washington DC Economic Partnership and The Greater Washington Board of Trade. In addition to his extensive commercial lending experience, since 1981 Tom has founded and managed several land trusts focused on renovations of historic commercial properties. Tom has been a guest lecturer at the business schools of The University of Maryland and Georgetown University, and has had a number of articles published in The RMA Journal over the past 18 years. Tom is a graduate of the School of Bank Administration at the University of Wisconsin and completed an Executive Program at the University of Virginia.

Dr. Eva Sharma
Dr. Eva Sharma is a Senior Study Director in Westat’s Behavioral Health Group with more than 10 years of experience in tobacco control and tobacco regulatory science research. Dr. Sharma has a Ph.D., in Behavioral and Public Health, from the University of Maryland School of Public Health, Masters in Public Health from Univ of Maryland School of Public Health, and Bachelor's in Pharmacy from Nepal.

Miriam Green
Miriam serves on the Board of Directors for Vanguard Supply Chain Solutions. Her professional trajectory encompassed pivotal roles in workforce planning, medical staffing and recruitment, physician network strategy, and executive leadership. Miriam contributed her expertise as the VP of Operations at Recruitment Investment Strategies, a consulting firm specializing in turnarounds. Her passion for nurturing relationships with physicians and crafting successful physician networks remains unwavering. She obtained her Healthcare Administration degree from Arizona University and embarked on a career marked by escalating responsibilities.
Notably, Miriam held the position of Executive Director of Operations at IMS (Inpatient Medical Services), where she oversaw operations for prestigious institutions including the Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, Mercy, and Sisters of Charity. Furthermore, she played instrumental roles as the Executive Director of Medical Staff Planning and Sales at Bon Secours Health. Her leadership extended to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) at Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Group, where she served as Vice President of Provider Workforce Planning for the CHI Texas Division.
Presently, Miriam is at Cardinal Health, a Fortune 15 Company, where she is dedicated to developing marketing strategies and solutions for the emerging MSO offerings within the organization's service portfolio.

Scott Schulz
With over 30 years of Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical operations experience Scott Schulz serves as the Chief Administrative Officer and Strategic Advisor to the Board of Directors for Vanguard Supply Chain Solutions. Scott’s experience includes positions as Sr Vice President of Operations at Pharmacal Health and Wellness Solution, Vice President of Operations at Envigo, and Vice President of Operations at Taconic Biosciences. In these roles Scott leveraged his experience with both domestic and international multi-site operations for planning and achieving annual corporate performance targets and building cultures of continuous improvement while maintain corporate cultures and focus on quality products and services. Scott’s extensive operations experience also includes heading up aseptic manufacturing operations to produce pharmaceutical and biologic products at Cardinal Health and Baxter Healthcare Corporation.
